Returns and refunds

While we would like to believe that every one of you are going to be 100% satisfied with your purchases, we understand that may not always be the case.

If at anytime within the first 14 days of receiving your product you are unhappy with what you've purchased, return the product to us in its original package and we'll provide you with store credit.

We will offer your choice of store credit or full refund upon return of the product if it was: 

  • Damaged when you received it;
  • Not of an acceptable quality; or
  • Not what you ordered

Both the product and the packaging need to be in it's original condition and unmarked when returned. Please also ensure that they are packaged carefully as we will not issue a refund if they return to us damaged.

 

 Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at josie@decoravenue.com.au and send your item to: 8/35 Guthrie Street, Osborne Park WA 6017, Australia.

 Shipping

To return your product, you should return your product to: 8/35 Guthrie Street, Osborne Park WA 6017, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return your item and request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
